A full blooded youkai, Sesshomaru is Inuyasha’s older brother and the owner of Tenseiga, the sword of healing.  Sesshomaru is the Lord of the Western Lands and holds very little regard and respect for humans, except perhaps Rin whom he cares for and Kagome who fascinates him.  He has the ability to call forth an energy whip from his fingertips and his claws contain a deadly poison.  His human looking form is very calm and composed, rarely giving into his emotions of any kind.  His full youkai form is of a giant dog which can be formidable and feral.  In this form, Sesshomaru’s bite is deadly.  His wish is to kill Inuyasha to claim Tetsusaiga.
